Should a security problem arise, we will do our very best to address any issue/s immediately. In the event of data loss or system malfunction, ChatFriends will not be held responsible for any file loss or loss of earnings whilst using our service.

Apart from tasting really nice, ChatFriends use cookies for various reasons in regards to monitoring traffic and allowing site members website access. ChatFriends uses a third party website called Statcounter.com to monitor site usage from search engines. This service also stores users IP addresses, browser types and device types being used to access our services.

6. File Transfer Safety

We use all security measures on our servers in order to prevent the loss of data, inaccurate use of information, as well as file damage. Files saved for transferring are available for viewing only to ChatFriends representatives or via the link that is given to the User who uploaded the file.

7. Advertising

Third party advertising may be displayed from time to time in various sections throughout our website to non VIP members.

8. International Individuals

Anyone using ChatFriends and it's related services outside of the United Kingdom acknowledges that personal information will be collected, stored, and used by ChatFriends in the United Kingdom. As such, you agree to the transfer and storage of information in the United Kingdom.

9. Age Limit

You must be aged 18 or over to use the ChatFriends website.

10. Third Party Services

ChatFriends uses a YouTube Data API Client application to retrieve public videos for VIP members. Use of the API Client is governed by YouTube'sTerms of Service (ToS) and Google's Privacy Policy

ChatFriends.co.uk reserves the right to change the Terms of Service or policies regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Terms of Service on this website.
